The iKBC Poker II is a 60% keyboard with some big goals. It hits most of them, but forgets to tend to some of the minor details. For the price of $100, I’m not sure you can find a keyboard in this. 1- Solder leads to my poker (Done!) 2- Use the Vortex tool to flash a known firmware file (Done) 3- Dump said firmware using the Nu-Link-Pro, compare the two firmware files to check for compatibility.:: Apparently the Processor has a ’flash-lock’ in place that prevents the tool from downloading firmware. The New Poker II is a true 60% mechanical keyboard with real-time macro programming. IKBC removed all the non-essential keys and shifted their functionality to another layer within the keyboard, the keyboard has 3 fully programmable layers. ikbc Poker II has no direction keys and the backquote key. I use Karabiner with some configurations to emulate the keys.
*control + command + I / J / K / L = direction keys
*control + command + U / P = home / end
*control + command + [ / ] = page up / page down
*shift + esc = ~
*control + esc = `
